Because TrevCore LLC provides digital B2B business scheduling and appointment scheduling SaaS access and related services through Farazo Smart Task Organizer, our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing that digital access, onboarding or configuration may begin soon after a business order is placed.
Business Purchases
All packages are offered for business, commercial and professional use only. They are not sold to individual consumers for personal, family or household use. The purchasing representative is responsible for confirming company authority and package suitability before ordering.
Refund Requests
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@farazosmarttaskorganizer.com with the business name, order number, work email address used at checkout and the reason for your request.
When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be approved if the order has not yet been started, the purchased digital service or access was not delivered as described, or a technical issue prevents delivery and we are unable to resolve it.
When a Refund May Be Limited or Denied
Refunds may be limited or denied when access has already been provided and used, configuration or onboarding work has been completed, included usage has been consumed, the request is based on a change of mind after work has started, or the business provided incomplete, incorrect, unsupported or prohibited information or requirements.
Partial Refunds
If setup or service work has already started but has not been fully completed, a partial refund may be considered depending on the amount of work already performed, access already provided and the package purchased.
Digital Product Returns
Digital services and SaaS access cannot be physically returned. If there is an issue with an order, we may offer troubleshooting, corrected access, configuration support within the original scope, a partial refund or another reasonable solution.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment processor.
